Anastasia Heil – began her dance career at age 7 after seeing the Nutcracker Suite.  She studied Ballet until high school.  During high school, Anastasia was on her school dance team for three years as both performer and choreographer.  While in college she studied Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Tap, Improvisation and Theatre and has performed in all styles.  She earned a minor in Dance from the University of North Texas.

More recently, Anastasia trained in Ballroom Dance under Mary Murphy, a renowned National and International Ballroom Dance Champion and Judge on the hit TV show “So You Think You Can Dance.”  Anastasia taught Ballroom dance for two years at a ballroom in San Diego and worked for an arts academy for one and-a-half years teaching ballet, tap and creative dance to children.  In addition, Anastasia had her own dance instruction business for three years.  She has been teaching Ballroom dance for eight years.  The dances she teaches include Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Salsa, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Samba and East Coast Swing.
