The dance held on February 15th 2009 at San Diego’s Dance For 2 can only be described as a fabulous evening of fun and entertainment. With live music performed by John Cain and Katy Kat it was impossible not to want to get up and move your feet.

The evening started off with a time for meet and greet, allowing all the guests a chance to enjoy the refreshments provided and get to know one another. Of course, there were quite a few people who could not resist the lure of the dance floor while the was music playing. John Cain took the mic at seven-thirty and the guests flocked to the floor for everything from foxtrot, west coast swing, rumba, to nightclub two step. The first hour passed all too quickly, as did John Cain’s second set.

One guest praised the inviting atmosphere and truly enjoyed the rarity of being able to dance such a variety of dances to live music. Another guest applauded the night as “a truly classy evening with a lot of great dancers and new faces”. The consensus for those who attended was that by enjoying the musical talent and showmanship of John Cain and Katy Kat, they had chosen the perfect venue at which to cap off their weekend.
