A high energy fitness class that incorporates the strength of kickboxing and the rhythm of dance to help you build muscle and tone your body.

Exotic and Pole Fitness

Monday at 6:30pm and 7:30pm, Thursday at 6:30pm & Saturday at 11:00am

Pre-registration with teacher is required for the class.  Call for details.

These classes bring sensuality and strength together.  Movement and grace are incorporated into a challenging workout.  Both beginner and intermediate classes are offered.
